Job Title:

Executive / Analyst – Reverse Phase Chromatography (RPC)

(2–3 Years Experience – RP Chromatography Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Reverse Phase Chromatography (RPC / RP-HPLC / RP purification) for bulk drug/API purification. The candidate will be responsible for operating chromatography systems, executing purification processes, and ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Chromatography Operations

• Perform 

  Reverse Phase Chromatography (RP)

   for purification of APIs, intermediates, and bulk drug substances.
• Handle 

  C18/C8 columns

  , mobile phase preparation, and gradient operations.
• Execute purification processes as per batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).

⚙ Equipment Handling

• Operate and maintain 

  prep chromatography systems

   (RP-HPLC / RP flash systems).
• Monitor equipment parameters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain columns and chromatography instruments.

Process Execution

• Prepare mobile phases (water–acetonitrile, water–methanol, buffers).
• Monitor fractions, collect purified product, and perform in-process testing.
• Assist in scale-up and optimization of RP purification steps.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and purification data as per 

  GMP

  .
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production teams during audits and validations.

Team & Support

• Support process development and technical transfer activities.
• Work with senior chemists to improve yield and purification efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory:

   Strong hands-on experience in 

  Reverse Phase Chromatography (RP)

  .
• Experience working with C18/C8 columns and gradient operations.
• Knowledge of RP purification principles and fraction collection.
• Understanding of GMP, safety, and documentation practices.
• Basic knowledge of RP-HPLC operation and troubleshooting.

Qualification:

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• 2–3 years of experience in 

  API, Bulk Drug, or Pharmaceutical industry
