Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a professional specializing in Reverse Phase Chromatography. The selected candidate will perform daily tasks such as operating and troubleshooting chromatography instruments, analyzing samples, documenting results, and optimizing separation techniques. They will also collaborate with the research team to improve processes and ensure quality standards in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in Reverse Phase Chromatography, with 2-3 years in a professional setting (preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries).
• Hands-on experience with chromatography instruments, sample preparation, and optimization processes.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in maintaining compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards is advantageous.
