Role:
The individual shall be responsible for handling Revenue , P&L of our Forex and Bill payment business
Our Business:
Forex is a key business vertical at Muthoot Fincorp ONE. Our parent company has one of the largest network of Forex branches (450+ branches) across India with a registered AD-II license. We offer various Forex services to our customers both at branch and online Buy Forex, Sell Forex, International money transfer and Forex cards.
Our company enables Bill payments for a multitude of use cases such as Utility payments, Rent and Vendor payments and Credit card Bill payments both through branches and our website and app interfaces. This module is strategically important to our overall business in lieu of its relevance with respect to customer acquisition , engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
T wo key responsibilities:
D efine short term and long-term business development plan . C oordinate with marketing team and execute the plan.
O ptimize the revenue funnel and create a sustainable business with positive unit economics
Analyze customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits and customer feedback.
R esponsible for prioritizing growth initiatives and growth-oriented product iterations along with product
Responsible for delivery on Business KPIs Customer count, Gross Payment value, Revenue and P&L
W ork with Data Science/Analytics to implement metrics to refine customer journey aling with product and ensure reporting of these metrics to the management
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Optimize yield ac ross partners through ROI analysis and campaign design.
Monitoring/ tracking , nurturing and assisting in resolution of s ervice-related queries within TAT by C ustomer support team
Review and ensuring adherence of the business to the legal mandates and regulations
Benchmarking our product and marketing practices with competitors through interactions with market participants
Regular feedback collection through primary research Surveys and Customer interviews
What do you need to succeed
Experience- 4 to 6 y rs overall experience in cl B usiness development and P&L delivery in Fintech or a multi-product platform business .
