Role Overview

The Revenue Lead is responsible for managing hotel partner relationships, ensuring smooth operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a superior customer and partner experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle escalations with maturity and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners/partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding operations, performance, and escalations.

Support hotel owners in managing their property portfolios and improving overall revenue performance.

Ensure high levels of customer and hotel partner experience.

Monitor and enhance occupancy, room availability, and realization metrics.

Address partner and customer escalations promptly to ensure smooth business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Drive retention and satisfaction of partnered hotels.

Occupancy / URN Improvement (Month-on-Month)

Pay at Hotel (PAH) Realization

Daily Sellable Room Nights (DSRN) Availability

Partner Satisfaction & Retention

Issue Resolution Speed & Quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, revenue management, or customer success roles.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data for business decisions.

Experience in handling cross-functional operations and customer/partner escalations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

High ethical standards with a sense of ownership and accountability.
