Returns Assistant

The Returns Executive is responsible for managing and processing customer returns efficiently and accurately. This role ensures that all returned products are inspected, recorded, and processed in accordance with company policies, maintaining a smooth reverse logistics workflow and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound returns and exchanges from customers, ensuring timely processing.
• Inspect returned items for quality, damages, or discrepancies against order records.
• Update return status in the ERP/WMS system accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and finance teams for refunds, replacements, or restocking.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on return volumes, reasons, and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company return policies and communicate any issues promptly.
• Liaise with courier/logistics partners to resolve pickup or delivery discrepancies.
• Support the customer service team with return-related queries.
• Identify recurring return reasons and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain organized records of all return documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in returns management, logistics, or warehouse operations (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho, Unicommerce).
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
