Job Description

As a Retention & Email Marketing Specialist at Pocketpills, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases through effective email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Your collaboration with the growth, product, and design teams will be key in delivering personalized and impactful customer journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute retention marketing strategies using email, SMS, and push notifications. - Design and manage customer lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, win-back, replenishment, loyalty, and referral programs. - Segment and analyze customer data to create personalized campaigns that enhance repeat purchase rates and LTV. - Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging copy and creatives aligned with the brand tone. - Monitor campaign performance, optimize for open/click rates, conversions, and ROI. - Implement A/B testing to continuously refine campaigns by testing subject lines, content, timing, and workflows. - Stay updated with retention marketing tools, automation platforms, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in retention/lifecycle/email marketing. - Prior experience in E-commerce / D2C brands is mandatory. - Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Braze, HubSpot, and Klaviyo. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with creative, product, and tech teams.
