Job Description

Job Title: Retainer Finance & Accounts

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Maheshwaram

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Employment Type: Off-Roll

Job Description:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and other statutory compliances.

Work with internal and external auditors during audits.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Support in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial workflows.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA preferred).

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts.

Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred

Experience in working with ERP systems.

Exposure to audit or compliance processes.

Understanding of financial modeling and budgeting tools.
