EverEnviro is looking for Assistant Manager - Taxation for its Gurugram location. The job details are as follows:

The core responsibilities of the Tax Executive are responsible for overseeing the Filing of returns, Input Tax Credit Reconciliation, Payment of GST overseeing and ensuring timely compliance, Preparing & posting tax entries in books of accounts, and reconciling of financial statements in compliance with the norms. Responsible for timely Filing of returns like GST, TDS etc.

Duties include:

1. Preparation of data and information required for filing of statutory returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, TDS returns, Income tax returns and tax schedules etc).

2. Review information received from Finance teams.

3. Prepare data for various statutory returns like GSTR 1, GSTR 3B in templates.

4. Extract reports / GL from SAP and reconcile with GST returns and / or other external data (GSTR 2B, e-invoices data).

5. Reconciliation of TDS recoverable posted in Books with Form 26AS.

6. Apply the rules and regulations of the various tax authorities related to documentation requirements.

7. Implementation of tax technology and general technical tax questions.

8. Undertake reviews and analyse systems and processes for improvement and use tax compliance processes within SAP.

9. Research transaction tax issues and provide guidance based on research of transaction tax laws and regulations.

This individual will work in a dynamic tax environment with focus on tax matters (including indirect and direct tax) and such as new business initiatives, legislative analysis etc.

Required Skills:

1. 5 plus year experience of working in tax function.

2. Knowledge of advance excel (Pivot, xlookup, vlookup etc) and analytical skills.

3. working knowledge of SAP / ERP
