Retail Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Retail Trainer. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and coaching retail staff to enhance their customer service skills. The candidate will ensure the effective implementation of training programs, monitor the progress of trainees, and provide feedback to improve performance. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the management to identify training needs and ensuring high standards of product knowledge among the retail team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development, and Training
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Coaching and mentoring
• Coach and mentor store managers & teams, building future-ready retail talent.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in retail or related field is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
