As a Retail Team Leader at SYLOR Fashion's upcoming store at Hilite Mall in Calicut, your role will involve staff leadership, store sales & target achievement performance, floor operations, and motivating a team to achieve sales goals. You will be responsible for managing inventory and implementing visual merchandising strategies. Your focus will also be on providing exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
