Zimal by Junaida, a premium boutique fashion store in Calicut, is hiring a Store Manager (Male) to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Supervise and train sales staff
• Ensure high-level customer service
• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and billing
• Handle customer complaints and maintain standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years in retail or boutique management
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficient in billing/inventory software
• Fluent in Malayalam; English preferred
