Position: Retail Store Manager

Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Industry: Retail / Fashion Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail showroom.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
• Maintain proper inventory, stock display, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
• Maintain store hygiene, staff grooming, and discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Basic computer skills for billing and reporting.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and well-groomed.

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Industry: Retail / Fashion Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and assist them with product selection.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain product display and cleanliness in the store.
• Handle billing and packing of products.
• Ensure good customer service and promote repeat business.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily tasks and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred).
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
