Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, located in Mumbai. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing store staff, maintaining inventory levels, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and driving sales performance. The manager will also be responsible for achieving store targets and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

• Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in retail management preferred
