Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our laundry retail operations in Ahmedabad.

As the Retail Store Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage and motivate staff
• Handle inventory and supplies
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Implement retail loss prevention strategies
• Maintain smooth store management and reporting

Qualifications

✔ Strong Customer Service & Communication skills

✔ Proven Store Management experience

✔ Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies

✔ Strong Leadership & Organizational skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage a team

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred)

✔ Retail industry experience is a plus
