Tamaala is a unique art studio that supports the livelihoods of over 300 village and tribal artisans across 40 regions in India. Launched in September 2017, our studio in J P Nagar, South Bangalore, showcases various artworks and holds discussions and workshops. We also curate gifts for institutions and large corporations. Recognized by the IIT Kanpur SEE Program as a top social startup in Bangalore, Tamaala has received awards for innovation in craft design and a craft fellowship, and secured 3rd place in the 2021 NICE Aarohana program.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store management, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The manager will also oversee inventory as well as maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Ability to work independently and coordinate as a team member
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce
