Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the store Deliver 5-star customer service and assist walk-ins with trials, fits, and purchases Ensure smooth billing, exchanges, and returns using POS (Shoper 9 or equivalent) Manage inventory levels, product displays, and coordinate with warehouse Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines Train, schedule, and supervise store staff Handle daily sales reports, cash closing, and maintain documentation Implement in-store marketing campaigns, offers, and loyalty activities Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Basic knowledge of POS systems, stock, and billing Organized, honest, and customer-obsessed Good spoken Hindi & English Comfort with WhatsApp-based customer support and feedback
