Job Summary: We’re hiring a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to handle daily laundry operations, lead a small team, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships at our Tumbledry outlet. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day laundry operations and staff. Handle customers in-store and on calls with excellent service. Use CRM tools for customer tracking and follow-ups. Do tele-calling to convert leads and retain customers. Drive local marketing activities (flyers, WhatsApp, referrals). Maintain daily reports in MS Excel (sales, inventory, payments). Promote subscriptions and upsell premium services. --- Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Good communication in local language + basic Hindi/English. Basic computer skills (CRM & Excel). Experience in retail, service, or tele-calling preferred. --- Perks: Fixed salary + incentives On-the-job training Growth opportunities
