Retail Store Manager - Female

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a premium women's wear fashion lifestyle store. Your tasks will include inventory tracking, marketing, and ensuring excellent customer service. You should be a confident salesperson who can effectively onboard new employees with your best practices. Strong leadership skills will be essential as you assign duties to maintain the store's function. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily store operations and meet sales goals - Understand customers" styling needs and assist them in selecting outfits - Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge - Manage inventory and store visual merchandising Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience managing a premium fashion lifestyle store - Passion for fashion with a keen eye for style - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and engage - Proactive attitude and strong work ethic - Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly fashion practices This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The work location is in person at a store in Kochi.
