Retail Store Manager

As a candidate with sound knowledge in Gold & Diamond Jewellery, you will be responsible for efficiently managing store operations, sales, service, and people. Your proactive and result-driven approach, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be instrumental in ensuring the store's success. Your role will involve handling daily management operations, including planning work schedules, assigning duties, and overseeing various factors related to store operations. It will be essential to ensure the achievement of store sales targets by thinking strategically and proposing action plans to drive store traffic and increase sales. As a sales leader liaison between Sales Professionals and the Management team, your responsibility will be to communicate corporate strategies, motivate the sales team, and deliver monthly and quarterly sales plan achievements. Training and mentoring staff to meet sales objectives will be a key aspect of your role. Collaborating with colleagues as a team player to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive store environment will be crucial. You will be accountable for store merchandise, stock positions, replenishment, security, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Providing excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing customer complaints professionally will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor's degree and have 5 years of experience in Jewellery Sales and 2 years in Jewellery Retail Store Managerial roles.
