1) Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments (grocery, apparel, FMCG, etc.).
2) Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates
3) Reduce shrinkage, monitor expiry and damage, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
4) Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service, complaint resolution, and staff training
5) Ensure attractive and organized displays in line with marketing guidelines.
6) Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff.
