Retail Store Executive

As a Store Executive at our premium furniture store located in Neharoli (Vada) - Factory, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting walk-in customers, managing inventory, and upholding the store's display standards. Your duties will include guiding customers in selecting products, providing detailed information on materials, pricing, and warranties. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring proper product arrangement, cleanliness, and merchandising within the store. Keeping the inventory systems up to date and supporting billing and cash desk operations will also be part of your routine tasks. Daily reporting of sales figures and close coordination with the store leadership to monitor product movement will be essential. You will be expected to deliver excellent after-sales support to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate with at least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in furniture or home decor retail. Strong interpersonal skills, along with a presentable demeanor, are crucial qualities for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with a flexible schedule and requires weekend availability. The work location is in person at our store in Neharoli (Vada) - Factory.
