Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our in-store team in Gurugram. This is a front-line role responsible for interacting with walk-in customers, driving sales, and delivering a great customer experience. If you enjoy tech and love helping people make buying decisions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers at the store
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain key features, warranty terms, and value propositions
• Drive conversions and meet monthly sales targets
• Manage in-store display, inventory, and basic stock handling
• Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
• Report sales data and customer feedback to the store manager

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of smartphones, laptops, and tech products
• Confident, presentable, and proactive in customer engagement
• Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
• Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends

Preferred:

• Prior experience in consumer electronics retail (added advantage)
• Fluency in English and Hindi
