About the Role:

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the offline GT & MT strategy to drive placement and visibility for our products.
  • Build relationships with large format retailers, supermarkets, nutrition stores, and distributors to secure listings and drive secondary sales.
  • Identify and onboard the right distribution partners to expand reach across key geographies.
  • Lead negotiations on margins, placements, and in-store promotions to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to drive consumer off-take at the shelf.
  • Hire & manage field sales teams, distributors, and promoters to ensure strong in-market execution.
  • Work closely with supply chain & ops to ensure timely fulfillment and prevent stockouts at the retail level.
  • Track sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize strategy on the go.
