Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong customer relationships. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods of time. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and procedures is essential.
