1. Responsible for achieving monthly targeted volume of sales in existing stores and opening targeted number of new stores.
2. Responsible for identifying new locations for expansion of foot-print across the respective territory.
3. Assist the franchisee to implement local marketing activities for achieving ROI and to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
4. Maintain healthy professional relationship with franchisees and adhere to in-store process SOPs.
5. Responsible for appointment of new franchisees across the territory
6. Ensure consistent brand presence across the stores and adhere to the terms of trade.
7. Ensure to collect customer feedback and provide updates to the reporting manager.
