Manages the day-to-day operations of a retail store, overseeing inventory, customer service, and staff supervision, while also contributing to sales and store performance. They play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient store operations. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Overseeing daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, tracking inventory, coordinating with suppliers for stock replenishment, and minimizing loss through proper storage and handling.
