Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive located in Gurugram & Kota. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert product advice to drive sales. Daily tasks include maintaining store displays, managing inventory, processing transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our products.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain store displays
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of market trends and product features
• High level of customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus
