Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role located in Sangli. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. Key tasks include building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining store displays, and providing in-depth knowledge about The Sleep Company’s innovative products. The role requires proactive engagement with customers and effective communication to address inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Experience in Relationship Building to strengthen customer connections and foster trust.
• Motivation to work in a retail environment and a positive attitude.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain product features and benefits, particularly in the comfort-tech or home furnishing industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, along with prior experience in a retail sales role.
