We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused sales staff for Pink Hourglass, a contemporary fashion & demi fine jewellery brand. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage walk-in customers, and convert interest into sales. You’ll represent the brand, assist customers with styling suggestions, and ensure a smooth, pleasant shopping experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Proactively approach potential customers and generate leads. Explain product features, styling tips, and brand USP to customers. Convert customer interest into successful sales. Maintain product knowledge and keep up with new arrivals. Handle billing, packaging, and inventory tracking. Maintain a clean and visually appealing store layout. Build relationships with repeat customers and encourage referrals. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferable languages English, Hindi & Kannada. Passion for fashion and jewellery. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus. Positive attitude and high energy.
