Sales Executive will execute frontend retail sales by understanding customer requirements, setting up the store properly by attracting maximum footfall and executing direct sales by using good customer service and relationship and promotion /loyalty programs. Please note that the showrrom will remain open on all public holidays like dasehara , Diwali , gudhi padawa , 15th August , 26th January or etc.. Initial Taining Period : Selected Candidates are required to attend the Induction Training for 4 days  at Pune before joining. The travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company Key Skills: ·       Smart, Presentable & Customer-friendly Ladies ·        Minimum 1 years of experience in front-end retail sales conducting the entire sales independently preferred selling sarees / ladies garments ·       Will prefer female  Candidates ·        Age: 18–55 years ·       Basic knowledge of retail garment shop sales  ·       Communication Skills excellent in Hindi and Marathi and basic level in english ·       Product Awareness, Brand Awareness ·       Good communication skills, negotiation, energetic and enthusiastic ·       Trustworthiness, team player ·       Good knowledge of preparing sales and stock details. ·       Willingness to learn ·       Will prefer candidates from nearby locations like Thane West, Thane East, Airoli, Kalwa etc Roles and Responsibilities: ·       To ensure that the store and the merchandise is set up as per guidelines and instructions- ·       Make sure your window displays reflect the latest items you have in-store ·       Ensure your shelves and product displays are organized ·       Dress your mannequins appropriately ·       Showcase your items on hangers and shelves so they’re visible to customers ·       Arrange your products in sizes, with the smallest sizes in the front and the largest in the back ·       Ensure you clearly mark prices for your products ·       Clearly label your on-sale and promotional products ·       Steam or press your display products ·       Interact with customers to gauge their need and understand buying behaviour, Handling various customers issues and ensure their satisfaction ·       Understanding and promoting the Pratha Sarees Brand and Promotion/Loyalty programs ·       Ensure your refund policy is known to you and can make the customer understand ·       Maintaining customer records like names ,contact number, style preferences, repeat orders etc. ·       Stock management - control over shrinkage. Perform cycle counting or regular checks on your inventory to avoid stockouts
