Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greet customers as they arrive, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
Sales: Actively promote and sell products/services to customers, meeting individual and team sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered, and ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
Order Management: Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
Stock Management: Assist in inventory control, restocking shelves or counters with products, and keeping the display areas organized.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support if necessary.
Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.
Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the counter and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
