Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Executive at Indic Inspirations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales to meet targets. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, offering product recommendations, handling inquiries, processing transactions accurately, maintaining store appearance, managing inventory levels, participating in upselling initiatives, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Possess a pleasant personality with good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi. - Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers. - Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience. - Knowledge of POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. - Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking display counters as needed. - Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management. - Handle Shift Open/Close procedures effectively. - Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities. - Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude. - Basic math skills for handling transactions.
