The Customer Support Executive will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively assist customers. Qualifications/Education Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. 12th Pass Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
