Company: Svastya Organic Farms (Women-led regenerative organic brand) Role Purpose To run the store like a disciplined system — not a grocery stall. This role demands selling skills + inventory hygiene. If they can’t talk confidently to customers and maintain stock accuracy, reject them. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Customer Interaction Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right Svastya products (A2 ghee, cold-pressed oils, honey, wellness foods). Do not behave like a passive counter person — actively upsell and cross-sell. Example: “If you’re buying A2 ghee, try Raw Neem Honey for gut health.” Explain product benefits clearly — no nonsense, no bluff. Maintain neat product display, refill shelves, and ensure MRP visibility. Storekeeping / Inventory Receive goods, verify quantity, expiry/production dates, and record entries. Maintain FIFO — old stock goes first. You are responsible for dead stock. Track inward/outward movement of items daily. Do weekly stock audits & mismatch reporting — no excuses. Maintain cleanliness, zero wastage, zero pilferage. Cash & Billing Handle billing machine/software, reconcile daily cash, UPI, and card payments. Submit day-end report: sales summary + stock movement.
