Retail Sales Executive

• 2 years of excellent retail sales experience Preferred
• Presenting and selling of products using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
• Must have a thorough understanding of jewellery items and be able to present themselves professionally at all times.
• Knows about jewellery and diamonds.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Preparing quotations for clients looking for custom made jewellery items.
• Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel
• A strong sales background will be advantageous.
• Candidates must have smart personality, excellent communication skills with at least 2 year experience in Jewellery retailing.
• Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.
• Retention of customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ichchhapor, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
