As a Customer Service representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring a signature experience for every guest. Your responsibilities include warmly greeting guests upon arrival, addressing inquiries, and providing product recommendations. Your consultative selling skills will be key in closing sales smoothly and ensuring a pleasant checkout process. In addition to customer interactions, you will be responsible for maintaining store displays according to defined visual standards, creating a visually appealing shopping environment. Staying informed about new products and promotions will enable you to effectively assist customers and elevate their shopping experience. Maintaining store hygiene standards is also part of your duties to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment. Your role involves exceeding sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and upholding operational excellence. Efficiently managing inventory, including receiving merchandise and organizing stock, is essential. Adhering to safety regulations and loss prevention protocols is crucial to maintain a safe working environment and prevent any potential shortage situations. Collaboration with team members is key to the smooth operation of the store during each shift. You will be required to perform tasks assigned by the floor leader, such as restocking shelves, organizing displays, and preparing for promotions. Your retail management experience, strong communication skills, and proven track record in achieving sales targets are valuable assets in this role. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, an eye for visual merchandising, and the ability to embody brand values are also desired qualities.
