Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Sales Executive to join our in-store team. You will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending high-end AV products like speakers, amplifiers, home theater systems, and smart automation devices. Key Responsibilities:Greet walk-in customers and offer a premium, consultative sales experience Demonstrate in-store AV setups, speakers, soundbars, projectors, etc. Understand product specifications and communicate them effectively Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions across brands Prepare quotations, process sales, and follow up for post-sale services Maintain product displays, manage inventory, and update stock levels Build strong client relationships and nurture repeat business Coordinate with installation teams and handle basic support queries Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the Retail Sales Manager Requirements:1–3 years of experience in premium retail or AV/consumer electronics sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with interest in audio-video/home automation systems Fluent in English and local language Polished appearance and customer-focused mindset Ability to work on weekends and retail hours Preferred Qualifications:Background in AV/Hi-Fi/Home Theater industry Knowledge of brands like Denon, Yamaha, KEF, Sonos, Bowers & Wilkins, etc. Experience using POS systems and CRM tools Perks:Attractive salary + sales incentives Training on high-end audio systems and smart tech Opportunities for growth in a fast-evolving AV retail brand Employee discounts on select products
