As we expand into new territories, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated field sales professionals to help us grow. Job Role: We are hiring a Field Salesman who will promote and sell Kamal Prakash Tea products counter-to-counter in assigned areas. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads, build shop relationships, and convert potential clients into regular customers. Key Responsibilities: Visit shops, stalls, and retail counters daily to promote Kamal Prakash Tea. Generate new leads and build strong market presence in untapped areas. Collect shop details, contact numbers, and maintain records in Excel format. Share daily field reports, updates, and photos in the official company WhatsApp group. Maintain professionalism and act as a representative of our brand. Follow company sales strategy and market expansion plans. Job Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in the tea industry (Field Sales preferred). Must be able to operate a smartphone efficiently (for WhatsApp, Excel, photos, and updates). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of Excel for maintaining shop data and contacts. Self-motivated, disciplined, and serious about daily tasks and reporting.
