Job Description

As an Associate Vice President (AVP) - Sales for the Tile Adhesive division, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding sales operations across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Setting clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team. - Supporting business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and new retail outlets. - Identifying potential partners and negotiating agreements to enhance distribution channels. - Leading and mentoring state/regional sales teams to foster a high-performance sales culture. Qualifications and technical skills required for this role include: - MBA/PGDM or equivalent (Preferred) / Any Graduate - Extensive experience in the tile adhesive or construction materials industry. - Experience in managing multiple states/regions and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. - Willingness to drive aggressive growth strategies and enhance market share.
