As a Parent Relationship Manager at Vertex, your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensure all parents are aptly welcomed and comfortably seated. - Effectively address and resolve parents" inquiries via various mediums such as in-person, phone, email, and the company website. - Escalate any unresolved grievances of parents to the Principal and Marketing Team for prompt resolution, ensuring parent delight. - Track all parents" queries using organizational query tracking mechanisms like CRM. - Generate parent delight through high responsiveness, close the loop on all issues, and keep parents updated during the resolution process. - Guide parents on school systems and processes, ensuring updated information is readily available. - Maintain a parent-friendly environment in the front office area with support from the admin department. - Facilitate information on all aspects of a child's life cycle in the school and post-school activities such as summer camps. In terms of Sales and Marketing, your duties will involve: - Managing the pre-sales process, including tracking leads from various sources and participating in planning activities like society camps, mall activities, pre-school tie-ups, and parent engagement events. - Handling the entire sales process for potential parents from the first interface to closure, thereby increasing conversions from walk-ins to admissions. - Contacting potential parents, discussing their requirements, and effectively presenting the VIBGYOR brand to meet parental needs.,
