In the role of a Process Developer, you will be tasked with working as a P2P processor, handling various AP sub-activities. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing invoices while providing timely resolutions, validating essential invoice details such as supplier information, PO numbers, bank accounts, invoice numbers, and dates, and addressing invoice issues in line with AP guidelines. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively reduce helpdesk queries, contribute to process enhancements, ensure adherence to internal compliance policies, and conduct daily internal audits to guarantee adherence to guidelines. Qualifications we look for in a candidate include a minimum bachelor's degree in B. Com, mandatory ERP (SAP) knowledge, proficiency in ERP Applications, AP Workflow Tools, and T&E Workflow Tools, a focus on continuous process improvement, adaptability to change, a collaborative team-oriented mindset, the ability to develop and document business processes and accounting policies, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, experience in ERP (SAP), AP Workflow tools, and T&E workflow tools, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, a sense of urgency, willingness to work in US shifts (6 PM-3 AM IST), and a robust domain experience in P2P. Preferred qualifications include an M.Com degree and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts. This is a full-time position based in India-Noida.
