As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers, assisting them with telecom products, actively selling mobile phones and accessories, and providing essential technical support. You will be in charge of processing sales transactions, managing stock levels, and efficiently addressing customer complaints. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 18,000. Additionally, we provide benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick leave. While a Higher Secondary education and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred, applicants with good communication skills, a clean criminal record, a High School Diploma, and a minimum age of 18 years are encouraged to apply.
