Retail Sales Associate

Job description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you'll need to handle the retail customers and sales and services associated with them. The ideal candidate would be involved in preparing estimates & quotations for sales and processing the purchase for the approved quotations. Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers and journals. Record and file cash transactions. Control credit and chase payments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Help customers select products, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
• Create estimates & quotations based on measurements taken and update customer records.
• Keeping communication channels open for customers to enhance lead conversion.
• Follow up on the quotations with the customers.
• Process purchase orders and arrange delivery.
• Alerts management of potential escalations and delays.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Helps with the store opening and closing process.
• Handling communications with customers and vendors for purchase processing.
• Checking Stock Register (Google Drive Excel Sheet)
• Prepare Sales Bill.
• Maintaining Approved Quotation MIS and update in Drive
• Preparation of inquiry list & updating the sales team.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience.
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,471.91 - ₹16,000.00 per month
