Sales Demonstrate and explain products to customers. Actively upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. 3. Product KnowledgeMaintain deep knowledge of all products being sold. Stay updated on new arrivals, features, and promotions. 4. Cash Handling & TransactionsOperate the cash register or POS system. Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts. Reconcile cash and sales at the end of the shift. 5. Inventory ManagementKeep the kiosk well-stocked and organized. Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock. Assist with stock taking and receiving deliveries. 6. Merchandising & DisplaySet up and maintain attractive product displays. Ensure the kiosk is clean, tidy, and visually appealing. 7. Reporting & Documentation Maintain sales logs, customer feedback, and daily reports. Provide feedback to supervisors regarding trends and customer preferences. 8. Compliance & Safety Follow company policies, health, and safety guidelines. Ensure the kiosk is secure when opening or closing.
