As a Luxury Sales Executive in our home decor showroom, you will be responsible for driving sales, offering personalized product recommendations, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your primary goal will be to engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and help them select the right products to enhance their living spaces. You’ll also contribute to store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, to maintain a welcoming and inspiring environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations based on their preferences, budget, and style. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality, personalized customer service by providing detailed product information, addressing queries, and offering expert advice on home decor trends and solutions. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's product range, including furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories, to effectively present and sell items that best suit customer needs. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by actively engaging customers, closing sales, and promoting in-store promotions and discounts. Visual Merchandising: Assist with product displays, ensuring the store is visually appealing and the merchandise is organized according to company standards and design aesthetics. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, inform customers about availability, and collaborate with the store team to ensure popular items are well-stocked. Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up calls or messages, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty. Store Operations: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring products are neatly displayed and the shopping environment is welcoming. Market Awareness: Stay updated on current home decor trends, new arrivals, and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to customers and enhance sales. Qualifications: Education: Graduate Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in home decor, furniture, or lifestyle products. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions. Knowledge of home decor trends, products, and design principles is a plus. Proven sales ability with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a team and individually. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the showroom. Identify, pursue, and convert leads from HNI clients, architects, designers, and corporate projects. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for B2C and B2B segments. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, offering personalized service and design consultation. Conduct follow-ups, after-sales service, and relationship nurturing to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain an updated client database with purchase history, preferences, and potential future requirements. Team Leadership & Training Lead, motivate, and mentor the showroom sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Showroom Operations & Brand Presentation Oversee daily operations, ensuring the showroom environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. Ensure visual merchandising is always aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for product launches, events, and promotions. Market Intelligence & Business Development Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the brand. Suggest new product lines or services based on client feedback and market demand. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 5–8 years in luxury retail, high-end furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and influence high-net-worth individuals and decision-makers. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, design trends, and premium service standards. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, SAP, Zoho Personal Attributes Impeccable grooming and presentation.
