• Deliver a personalized and luxurious customer experience
• Assist clients in exploring our fragrances and making informed choices
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation in line with brand standards
• Ensure the store is always well-presented, clean, and inviting
• Manage sales transactions with efficiency and accuracy
• Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on fragrance knowledge, trends, and new launches
• Support in stock management and store operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, stylish, and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for perfumes and luxury retail is a plus
• Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
