Role Overview: As a Sales Executive for Hstens, a global leader in luxury beds and lifestyle solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving in-store and direct sales for Hstens luxury products. Your ability to provide personalized customer experiences to high-net-worth individuals and maintain strong client relationships will be essential in achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting and explaining product features, assisting in brand events, and collaborating with the marketing team for client acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Drive in-store and direct sales for Hstens luxury products. - Provide personalized customer experiences to high-net-worth individuals. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. - Present and explain product features, craftsmanship, and heritage to clients. - Assist in organizing and participating in brand events, client meetings, and promotions. - Maintain showroom aesthetics in line with luxury brand standards. - Collaborate with the marketing team for client acquisition and retention. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate (mandatory). - Languages: Spoken fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. - Gender: Male candidates preferred. - Experience: Background in hospitality, aviation, retail, fashion, or luxury sales preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach. - Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with a professional demeanor.
