1 Drive Consumptions:
a. Preparing monthly Trading Density (TD) report for brands, category performance.
b. Analysing the TD report closely with brands and obtaining insights on What worked and What
did not.
c. Category performance should be track for growth within the brand, within the category and
of the unit over the period.
d. Business Review Meetings (BRMs) with brand personnel including store, area/regional team
in coordination with mall marketing and leasing teams to achieve budgeted sales numbers.
e. Circulating and following up on BRM minutes of meeting to ensure tracking and closure on
actionable points within the agreed timelines.
a. Tracking and analysing competition/stand-alone brand vis--vis the Malls store performance.
b. Comparing store look and feel, stock availability, staff involvement and store practises
between competition mall/standalone to identify gaps ensuring corrective actions are taken
within the agreed timelines.
a. Business aspect :
1. Store footfall, its growth & trends, Store/Mall footfall and conversion ratio and compare with
similar category and zone ratio.
2. Stock turnover ratio: Sales to total value of stock and compare with category average.
Freshness of stock.
3. Average bill value and its comparison with the category average.
4. Online and offline sale.
b. Customer Experience aspect :
1. Store hygiene & cleanliness. Airconditioning & Lighting.
2. Merchandize presentation, stacking and ease of browsing.
3. Trial room management.
4. Average billing time per customer.
5. Customers feedback mechanism and grievance handling.
6. Approachable, Presentable and trained staff.
7. Fire safety related measures.
4 Retailer Engagement
a. Conducting Retail Awards on an annual basis to reward the Mall’s best retailers in terms of
sales, operations, marketing co-ordination and safety.
b. Planning felicitation and celebration for stores crossing different milestones such as highest
ever sales, number 1 in the country etc.
c.
Ensuring retailer participation/engagement in Mall activities throughout the year such as
Seasonal Dcor, Women’s Day, Republic Day and events of the kind for continuous visibility
and awareness.
