Retail Planner

Job Description- Retail Planning (Assistant Manager Planning) The role of Assistant Manager EBO Retail Planning is to drive data-led planning for Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), enabling optimized sales, inventory health, and store performance. The individual will collaborate with merchandising, sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure the right stock, at the right place, at the right time. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare monthly and seasonal plans based on past performance, market trends, and growth targets. Analyze store-wise and category-wise performance to derive insights for planning. Inventory Management: Ensure healthy stock turns and minimize ageing inventory across the EBO network. Monitor stock availability and manage inter-store transfers as needed. Allocation & Replenishment: Plan and execute new season allocations and replenishment strategies to maximize sell-through. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to track fulfilment and dispatch timelines. Reporting & MIS: Publish weekly dashboards on key KPIs: Sell-through, WOS, ROS, Stock Cover, and Ageing. Prepare ad-hoc business reports for retail and merchandising leadership. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Retail Ops and VM teams to ensure planning aligns with promotions, events, and store-specific opportunities. Support business reviews by providing accurate data and insights.
