Retail Operations - SRA

Overview: Provides centralised support for retail‑bank operations, focusing on consumer loan servicing. Ensures accurate processing, documentation and compliance across multiple retail loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist branches with consumer loan booking, payment posting, escrow administration and payoff requests.
• Perform daily reconciliations of consumer‑loan sub‑ledger and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain and review loan documents for completeness and compliance with customer‑identification and consumer‑protection regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending Act).
• Monitor operational controls and prepare for audits; participate in process improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 2 years in retail loan servicing.
• Knowledge of consumer‑loan products and relevant regulations (e.g., Reg Z, Reg E).
• Proficiency in retail banking systems and strong customer‑service skills
